  This place has been here for almost forever. I enjoy coming here on the weekdays for their lunch specials and home chips. Gets too crowded on the weekends. Usually the spot to go to enjoy a night out.

  Good atmosphere and some pleasant food. I came here twice and had salmon with roasted veg and a pork dish.
  
  The food was alright, nothing mind blowing, but pleasant enough. The real ale (a porter) was cold and came with a frozen glass. Asked for a warm glass as you don't drink this cold, think that was the first time that had been asked for. I know it's America. Thought it was mildly amusing if I'm honest.
  
  The dessert menu was extensive - pop through the extension and look at the range of puddings and cakes in display. Wow.
